SMARTRACK 5+ IMOB
Directly counters relay theft and key cloning through immobilisation via driver detection.
FEATURES
The SmarTrack 5+ iMOB has been tested to the Thatcham S5 standard. The device operates using GPS/GLONASS, GPRS and GSM technology and has the added benefit of immobilisation to help protect your vehicle further. The immobilisation activates every time the vehicle’s ignition is switched off and disarms through the Driver Detection card. With the internal battery backup, the device has the ability to remain operational even when the vehicle’s power supply is removed. In addition, the device monitors the battery voltage level, ignition status and detects if the correct person is driving the vehicle through the driver recognition system.
DRIVER RECOGNITION
A requirement of the S5 Thatcham criteria is that the device must be accompanied by a system which is used to verify the driver of the vehicle is an authorised user. With the Smartrack S5 and S5+ devices, driver recognition can be in the form of either the D-iD mobile app or a physical Driver Detection card.

Domestic Shipping Policy
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Special order products will be processed within 2-3 days delivery times will vary and collection may be required for larger items. Collection dates will be confirmed via email or telephone.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES UK MAINLAND:

Express Delivery: 1-3 business days £8.99

SPECIAL ORDERS POLICY:
1. No Returns:
o Special orders are custom-made or customized to meet your specific requirements and, therefore, cannot be returned under any circumstances.

o Once a special order is placed, it enters our production process immediately. As a result, cancellations are not permitted. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
3. Non-Refundable:
o Payments for special orders are non-refundable. This includes deposits and any other payments made towards the special order.
4. Customer Responsibility:
o It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all specifications and details are correct at the time of placing the order. Any errors or omissions in the order details cannot be amended once the order has been processed.
5. Acceptance of Terms:
o By placing a special order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. This ensures that you are fully aware of the non-returnable and non-cancellable nature of special orders.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
FAW Motorsport is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
FAW Motorsport is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
