The Cartek battery isolator offers a small but highly reliable unit with no mechanical parts. The Cartek isolator is designed for maximising reliability, enhance safety and save weight whilst offering simple/easy installation.
The Cartek GT battery isolator has the following features:
- Fully electronic with no moving parts
- Sealed to avoid contamination against water/dirt
- Sock and vibration resistant
- Fully integrated including built in alternator run-down function
- Driver operation by a single internal ON-OFF button/switch
- External operation by single or multiple 'strike' button(s)
- Very small and weight of only 120g
- Designed and manufactured in UK using the latest and best quality components available
- Compliant with FIA Safety Regulations
The GT Battery Isolator disconnects the negative side of the battery from chassis, as described above, and stops the engine by providing a switched 12v power output which can be used as the main power input to the Ignition or ECU. When the Battery Isolator is switched off and the negative side of the battery has been disconnected it will also cut the 12v output powering your Ignition or ECU thereby stopping the engine. The GT Battery Isolator is designed for cars with no ECU or standard OE ECU.
This unit is available with either a blue or red button (there is no difference in the specification) or as just the isolator by itself (no button) option.

Domestic Shipping Policy
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Special order products will be processed within 2-3 days delivery times will vary and collection may be required for larger items. Collection dates will be confirmed via email or telephone.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

FAW Motorsport is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
FAW Motorsport is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
