Domestic Shipping Policy SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Special order products will be processed within 2-3 days delivery times will vary and collection may be required for larger items. Collection dates will be confirmed via email or telephone. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone. SHIPPING RATES UK MAINLAND: Standard: 3-4 business days £6.99 Express Delivery: 1-3 business days £8.99 Large item: 2-5 business days £15.43 Delivery delays can occasionally occur. No Returns: o Special orders are custom-made or customized to meet your specific requirements and, therefore, cannot be returned under any circumstances. 2. No Cancellations: o Once a special order is placed, it enters our production process immediately. As a result, cancellations are not permitted. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase. 3. Non-Refundable: o Payments for special orders are non-refundable. This includes deposits and any other payments made towards the special order. 4. Customer Responsibility: o It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all specifications and details are correct at the time of placing the order.
