SThe SmartShunt is an all in one battery monitor, only without a display. Your phone acts as the display.
The SmartShunt connects via Bluetooth to the VictronConnect App on your phone (or tablet) and you can conveniently read out all monitored battery parameters, like state of charge, time to go, historical information and much more.
Alternatively, the SmartShunt can be connected and be read by a GX device. Connection to the SmartShunt is made via a VE.Direct cable.
The SmartShunt is a good alternative for a BMV battery monitor, especially for systems where battery monitoring is needed but less wiring and clutter is wanted.
The SmartShunt is equipped with Bluetooth, a VE.Direct port and a connection that can be used to monitor a second battery, for midpoint monitoring, or to connect a temperature sensor.

Why should I monitor my battery with the SmartShunt 500A?
Batteries are used in a wide variety of applications, mostly to store energy for later use. But how much energy is stored in the battery? No one can tell by just looking at it. The service life of batteries depends on many factors. Battery life may be shortened by under-charging, over-charging, excessively deep discharges, excessive charge or discharge currents, and by high ambient temperature. Monitoring the battery with a battery monitor will give important feedback to the user so that remedial measures can be taken when necessary. Doing this will extend battery life and the battery monitor will quickly pay for itself.The VictronConnect app

Domestic Shipping Policy
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Special order products will be processed within 2-3 days delivery times will vary and collection may be required for larger items. Collection dates will be confirmed via email or telephone.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES UK MAINLAND:

Express Delivery: 1-3 business days £8.99
Large item: 2-5 business days £15.43

SPECIAL ORDERS POLICY:

o Once a special order is placed, it enters our production process immediately. As a result, cancellations are not permitted. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
3. Non-Refundable:
o Payments for special orders are non-refundable. This includes deposits and any other payments made towards the special order.
4. Customer Responsibility:
o It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all specifications and details are correct at the time of placing the order. Any errors or omissions in the order details cannot be amended once the order has been processed.
5. Acceptance of Terms:

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
FAW Motorsport is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
FAW Motorsport is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
